Several different leaves combine to make this pattern of silver overlay.  The lines give an appearance of the leaves falling.  The dishes
to the left are called a cheese and cracker by  Silver City Glass Company in their catalog.

The dishes to the right are shaped like an eye.  The teal dish is deeply shaped more like a bowl.  The larger one is definately a plate.  It is flat except for the upper point that is gently tipped up.  It is most unusual measuring 11 by 13 inches.  When these leaves are done in 22 carat gold overlay the pattern is called Falling Leaves.
